Posted by Pallav Sharda in : Media Streaming , trackbackYawn. Another day, another amateur Indian media streaming website. BestOfMalyalam was suggested by a eIndia reader, and I thought I might as well add them to the list.
They offer packaged channels related to malayalam content, for a monthly subscription fee. In fact, they claim “We are the sole authorized distributors of Asianet channels over the web”. Wonder why then they don’t have a mention or ad on the official Asianet website. Anyways, I’ll refrain from any judgment since I’ve not tried them personally (I’m not their target audience either).

I am a windowstreams.com user and i highly suggest windowstreams than bestomalayalam. windowstreams offers 10 malayalam channels for 14.99$. best of malayalam only offers 3 malayalam channels for that price. all that channels are included in windowstreams.
Windowstreams offer is 22.99/m for malayalam channels. But you can can get a hell lots of channels…! a total of 14 channels. looks like they are ruling Malayalam IPTV. Best of Malayalam provides Asianet channels and Shalom for $ 19.00 . I dont mind to pay 4 more dollors to get surya, kairali, amirtha, kiran, indiavision and kairali-we along with asainet package. Currently Window Streams offering this package. So i am going with Window Streams.
Hi, I was a windowstreams.com user previously stremanbox.tv (both site owns same shady people connected with Tamil terrorist group), their service was terrible, Never get SUPPORT from them, ALWAYS GET STUCK on popular programs, I contacted my local Asianet office and they referred me to bestofmalayalam.com. Right now I am happy with bestofmalayalam.com service and support, they provide 24/7 phone and email Support. I did call on 267-344-1010 number before I subscribe their service. I prefer quality of service and some web site we can trust for using our credit cards.

I tottally disagree with you. May be you are the owner of Best Of malayalam website or you are just trying to advertise them with more positive opinions. Or your Experience is different than me. The Support of Streambox was good in the begining and then it was nothing after 2 or 3 months. and i used Best Of Malayalam. They do have good support and Quality. but it always down sometimes when good programmes are going on. i prefer more channels for what i am paying and now i am using WindowStreams instead of Best Of Malayalam. i switched to WindowStreams and i faced some technical issues with my computer. they asked for my number and they called me back. they fixed everything within 10 minutes and i am so happy with their support. it is a group of malayalees and i am getting their quick support within 2 or 3 minutes on emails. WindowStreams is a nice experience with lot of channels from many servers and it’s a great source and they always keeps their customers happy ( Personal Opinion ).
There is no point in saying securing credit cards. i don’t know in which region you are living. these all websites are using Paypal, Authorize.net etc… it’s the world’s top class payment processors and all the transactions are safe. atleast try to understand that there is always a possibility to chargeback a transaction from your credit card if something has been charged without your authorization.

I had a membership with best of malayalam before. But now i have windowstreams membership.
while i was a best of malayalam member i sent lots of support emails to best ofmalayalam. i never get a reply from bestofmalayalam’s support team. i tried to call their usa number and Uk number but unfortunatly very time i got their Voicemail. And i left my telephone number couple times to them to call me back. But they never did that.
So I joined window streams. I have no issues with them so far. They have plenty of channels and all are working 24/7 . and their Support is Really fast thier responding time is less than 5 minitues. (thats what i want)
they are realy good to Solve any issues in your pc too.
That is the only reason why i am staying with window streams. if windowstreams service is getting bad, then i wont be stay with them. but so far i am satisfied.
i had a very different experience with best of malayalam. ho! that was horrible..! i dont want to go back to best of malayalam..!

Better use your common sense before commenting or discussing about someone.How could you comment something like this.I am a windowstreams customer for the past 6 months their service till now is mind blowing and their transmission quality is also good and as far as Iam concerned I am happy to the core ,and many of my friends who are also subscribed with windowstreams do have the same opinion
Hi After hearing a lot from all , I switched from Best of Malayalam to Window streams. In 2 hrs I realized the mistake i made. I unable to watch the program I want . eigher voice wont come or picture wont move. If not you getting buffering message. I tried all week end with window streams. It was not working.
Now talking about response . My vry first email was responded in 2 hrs. My request for cacellation and rfund is still pending wit them for the lat 24 hrs.

I was a Best Of Malayalam Subscriber and i switched to WindowStreams when i was in USA. Best Of Malayalam are just Okey. not good or super. But WindowStreams support team is really good. i opened an account with them in the last december for 10$ and i am getting all their channels for that price. Best Of Malayalam never allowed me for recurring subscription. because they are raising their charges all the time and they can’t take more money from me if they run recurring subscriptions. but still i have an accoutn WIndowstreams and i am not going to cancel it. because i can enjoy the 10$ rate for all the channels until i cancel my account with them. the support response is really good and their technical team is really helpful when we face any trouble. i can tell you suresh, you need to contact them again if you didn’t get the refund yet. i am sure that they will give you the refund if you don’t like their service.
I tried windowstreams and it is realy sucks! I lost my money thats all… Now I am a happy coustomer of bestofmalayalam.com , I paid $14.99 for Asianet,Asianetplus and Asianet News . They provid Surya TV and QMC (looks like a local cable channel or juck box) FREE. QMC have lot of new movies. I tried support number and someone answer from kerala looks like we can trust them.
i am a using windowstreams very long time 10$ getting 10 channels and some another news channels also , still today i dot get any problem from them , i dont even contact them also , i am happy with there service
I am a happy customer of windowstreams ..its awesome ,their service is awesome i never tried bestofmalayalam but i can guess windowstreams would be way better than windowstreams because of the comments above and my personal thoughts. they responds within minutes and fixes any issue .also they got good streaming ,good quality and more channels than bestofmalayalam. I would 100% recommend Windowstreams.
